Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

* Click on 'Credit agreements' at the bottom of the box on the left of the page that comes up.

If you'd like to obtain a copy of your Credit Card Agreement you'll need to make your request in writing to:
Data Request Team
Transaction Services Egg
Riverside Road
Pride Park
Derby
DE99 3GG
There's a fee of £1 for this charge, so you'll need to enclose a cheque for the payment of this, and this should be made payable to Egg.
Please allow 12 working days from receipt of payment for the service level. Also please make sure that your account number is on the back of the cheque.
Thanks for your message.
Regards
notice they are asking for a cheque ?

Hi my advice would be not to send a cheque but sent a postal order yes it will cost you £1.50 for a £1.00 Postal order 50p commision you see but you run no risk of Egg trying to lift your signiture doing this way (some companies have played that trick apparently. I also never sign anything my only exception was with a SAR where i defaced my signiture in such a way it would not be posible to lift and recreate a CCA aggrement and egg are a bunch of sharlatans and will use under hand methods to fool you
This letter is a formal request pursuant to s.77(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. I require you to provide me with a true copy of the credit agreement relating to the above account, together with any other documentation the Act requires you to provide.
I expect you to comply fully and properly with this request, within the statutory time limit. You are reminded that should you fail to comply with my request, the provisions of s.77(6) will apply.
I enclose a postal order in the sum of £1.00, which is the statutory fee. Note that these funds are not to be used for any other purpose.
If you are unable to comply fully and properly with this request, you should confirm this in writing at the earliest opportunity, and certainly within the statutory time limit for compliance, and return the fee.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully

Be patient. I sent my SAR to Egg on 1st October first class recorded. On the Royal Mail track and trace website it still shows as "being progressed through our network for delivery." I received a letter from egg soon after to say they were dealing with my request, and just this week I received my data. For some reason, there is an issue with some addresses showing as being delivered.
