great credit report but No trace since august 2008
hi, this sounds like an odd one to me but here goes.
my wife tried to obtain a car today from car craft who run a credit check on her, all went fine with the check and they say she will get the best apr of 5.5% due to here credit score being very good! however the finace company have said that no trace of my wife can be found since august 2008! they will not tell us what this means or how to fix it! some blah blah about comsumer credit act!
does anyone know what this trace is refering to and how can it be resloved?
