sent of for a complete list of charges & enclosed a cheuqe for ten pounds,got half of the detials today.
Enclosed was a letter saying statements held prior to 2004 are stored on Microfiche & are not readily accessible & do not fall within the class of documents to be produced persuant to a Subject access request.& can be obtained through customer services at a cost of £3 per statement.
Got my letter today from BC offering to credit my account with £240 not even half what i asked them for.will send off my letter rejecting offer fingers crossed.

hi amanda it doesnt matter, they charges are unlawful as they dont reflect a true and acurate cost. Tell them to provide you with a Breakdown of how they arrive at their figure for charges, they wont give it to you. Inform them that you intend to seek the balance through the courts.
Recieved my statements today from b/c they have credited £240 to my account even though iv'e not accepted their offer. I feel a bit nervouse about putting in my N1 reading through threads.any advise anyone.
Barclaycard refunded £240 to my account, i have now recieved a letter from them advising that they are reducing my credit limit because of the way i have managed my account, What a cheek, Im off to court to file my n1 on monday for the rest of my money. cant say that they have managed my account very well.:o
