Yes I have discussed the account being in dispute in my letters and yes there are many past charges on this account that have been added over many many years. (I need to begin a claim for these charges also... as the amount I could claim would probably wipe of the debt completely).
I am unsure of what to respond to Barclaycard with? Maybe a SAR which also reminds them that the response they have given me still does not yet comply with my CCA request. I have written to them twice already concerning the CCA request and am unsure how to compile a third letter without looking as though I am just repeating myself.
Any help is much appreciated and I am not too familiar with finding my way around the site.
