Default reply to non compliance letter - help?

I got this letter from Barclaycard in response to my letter to them, asking to see my signed CCA... (after they sent me a non signed agreement)

    They sent me this:

    Hi FlossieBear,

This is a standard reply from BC.

Have you sent them a letter to say the a/c is in dispute.

Are there any penalty charges or mis-sold PPIicon on the which you can reclaim.

    Hi

Yes I have discussed the account being in dispute in my letters and yes there are many past charges on this account that have been added over many many years. (I need to begin a claim for these charges also... as the amount I could claim would probably wipe of the debt completely).

I am unsure of what to respond to Barclaycard with? Maybe a SARicon which also reminds them that the response they have given me still does not yet comply with my CCA request. I have written to them twice already concerning the CCA request and am unsure how to compile a third letter without looking as though I am just repeating myself.

Any help is much appreciated and I am not too familiar with finding my way around the site.

Thanks for the advice so far.

    T

    Hi FB,

If the a/c penalty charges would wipe out the balance (or close to it), would you be happy with that.

You will get a refund quite easily - far more easily than disputing the debt itself because of their refusal to supply your credit agreement.

If you don't have all the a/c statements, send off an SARicon with £10 to the Northants address on your last statement.

When you have all the statements, put the penalty charges on a site spreadsheet to make up your SOC.
