Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I applied online for a loan with Lloyds TSB in 2006. I cant remember if I had to tick a box online for the PPI or whether it was included already and I had to untick the box (if you see what I mean)
Has anyone got any examples or template letters for reclaiming PPI from a Loan applied for online from Lloyds?
