Hi
I'm new to this thread so please forgive me if the answers to my problems are already here somewhere.
I've just received a letter from RBS saying they are going to be taking £75 out of my current account on the 9/10/09 for 3 unpaid DDs!
It was my fault there was not enough money due to being off sick from work and therefore getting a drop in pay.
I've not had this before and strikes me as a bit on the high side!
Is it right or are they over charging me? If so, what do I do to stop them taking it on the 9th?
