Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have today received my standard can't comply because of microfiche
letter from barclaycard and was given the copy statements going back to
may 04 (£200.00 of charges in those statements).
I have read a few posts with interest on this microfiche argument and have
not yet decided which way to approach this problem although I have now
sent a complaint form to the Financial Ombudsman regarding this issue
to see if they can get anything done .... Has anyone else complained to them
or perhaps the OFT and if so has anyone got anywhere?
Any advice of which way to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
how did you deal with this? my friend's having the same problem. im sure i've seen a post from a barclaycard staff member before but can't find it today.
