Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I recently SAR & CCA-ed RBS over a gold credit card. I've had a reply to both and they admit that they can't find an agreement and, in response to the SAR have sent copy statements from the last six years. I sent them a letter giving them a further 14 days to disclose all other data (account data beyond 6 years, non-account data such as diary notes etc) but I've received nothing so I now need to go to court to force them to disclose. Can anyone point me in the direction of a template/example court application form?
