Should you pay to see a copy of your credit agreement

Hello,

I am new to all this but I have been reading others posts and decided to ask Egg icon

for a copy of my credit agreement cause I have seen that some are not enforcable.

I sent them an email asking for my signed credit agreement and they have asked for me to sent a £1 cheque to them for being able to see it.

Is that right?????

Should I have to pay to see it or are they trying to fob me off with this line of approach?

£1 is the standard charge for a CCA request and is quite normal.
