After ringing 08459 724 724 on Saturday and a very long chat with a very useless Indian chap, today Tuesday I decided to ring 0845 600 6014 and got through to a very nice and helpful English bloke, now I have a single current account with Abbey and a joint account with HSBC(another useless bunch of tossers) I told the gentleman that I was planning to transfer all my HSBC business to my Abbey account and get my partners name on it so to turn the Abbey one into a joint account so he went of to chat with the manager(just like a double glazing salesman) after 9 minutes of waiting he came back and guess what he said?
