    Default An interesting one.

    The Woolwich have made me the usual 'without prejudiceicon' offer in Full and final settlement etc. It's less than one third of the amount we were claiming. BUT we still have our mortgageicon plus reserve account with them. Is it conceivable that, should we pursue them for the entire amount we are claiming, they compel us to
    repay our mortgageicon/reserve account???

    Any wisdom appreciated.

    I was worried about this with Lloydsicon, but it didn't happen.

    Basically your mortgageicon etc is covered under a different account number and a different agreement, however, there are no guarantees. I would look into back ups just to be on the safe side.
