    you send the request to the bank your requesting the data from i.e RBSicon, usually at your branch address.

    NatWest - Settled in full 22/05/06

    RBS- Prelim sent 9/05/06 £1,147
    £500 offer 27/05/06, rejected 30/05/06
    LBA sent 25/05/06
    MCOL 15/06/06
    Defence received 20/07/06
    Settled in full 01/09/06 wahey!!!!!!!!!

    Right, i have recieved my Statements details my charges, i have added them up (its more than i thought).

    Now for the next step (I've been on holidayicon so will have to check what i do now)

    Im unsure what to do, ive heard nothing from my bank, i didnt rend recorded delivery tho so i dont know if they recieved it ok.

    Shall i send the lbaicon or shall i resend the prelim?

    Dean, It took them 16 days to reply to me, (received it 17 days after being sent) but I sent my letter away the day before I got a letter.
    You have quite clearly told them they have 14 days, so after 14 days are up, send away your second letter. If it crosses in the post, that will not matter, because they will just be trying to fob you off anyway. Give them another 14 days and then get the action started after that.

    LBA sent 15/09/06 their letter crossed in the post.
    Lost letter (despite it being recorded delivery)
    Phone call made Tuesday 10/10/06: Fax sent (copy LBA) 11/10/06
    Offer arrived 14/10/06 £480 (No way)
