    Started first claim on 21/7 against BOSicon and Final lbaicon sent for further amount on 28/7

    i have sent my second letter with spread sheet and charges the 14 days were up 3/8/06 i still havent had a response from bank i have checked with them and they have received my letter, what should i do next??

    So you have sent an lbaicon ?
    If you do get a letter between now and the 14 days then respond as an acknowledgement just a couple of lines will do telling them court action will start if they do not agree to a refund in full.
