You need to contact courts and find out why not have you got a copy of allocation questionere. I was wondering are you aware what Eggs defence is and is it something they can actually defend. I just wondered is your CCA one of the old Approved Limit ones if so Egg are not using proscribed terms I am sure someone more learned then me will be along to help best of luck with these muppets.
