    Default mazbck and Welcome

    Has anyone else who is having 'problems' with these muppets, getting phonecalls offering to 'renew' their loans, even though they are in dispute, or is it only me?

    Three phonecalls in the past 2 weeks, even though they havent replied to CCA letter and had the telephone harrassment letter.

    Now its a waiting game for the SARicon to come through!

    Initial Request For A Full Refund Faxed: 17th June 06 | Letter Sent: 19th June 06
    Offer received 29 June 06 for £130 then £380.

    Acknowledged and 28 days end: 12th August 06
