    Default Information Commissioner

As some might know I am fighting a default on my credit score. I have now applied to the Information Commission to review it urgently arguing I am applying for a mortgageicon. As some might know the ICO is not the quickest way and I have applied for a petition to reduce the lenght of the procedure regarding data protection issues. When my petition comes through I hope to get much support here.
Will keep you up to date with the default. Wish me luck to get it out of the way.

Good luck, I will sign we really need a change in the law making Credit Reference Agencies responsible for accuracy of data they hold rather than being able to pass the buck.

Advice is based on my personal opinion, and what I have learnt from this forum.

    Hi

There is already a petition regarding credit reference agency, will your one be similar. I feel that the petition should say that CRA should been in possession of the original Agreement that was agreed between the lender and the punter. As at present there is a lot of false and misleading information on the people credit reports.

Have you signed this one to No. 10...:-|

Petition to: reduce the time Credit reference agencies hold data for to 3 years. | Number10.gov.uk
