I have a very quick question regarding PPI on a very old loan I had - some 4-5 years ago now (I think). Can I attempt to reclaim this money back ?
I'm just wondering how far I can go back through all my old loans. I had one original loan with Halifax, then borrowed more money, so they consolidated the first one into my second loan. I do know I definitely paid PPI certainly on the first one, although I am not entirely sure if they added PPI to the second ?
Also, my other question is that as these are loans that have in fact been paid off, do I even have a case ? I'm guessing not?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Sorry, am totally new to all of this, so am a tad confused
i am in the same boat as you. i took out at tesco loan and was told that i could not have it unless i took out PPI cover. i have also paid back the loan
