Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We've run the, sadly normal, gamut of SAR delays etc and now submitted a claim, plus the follow up following the 'we is right - you is not' response from ltsb. Now at the N1 stage having issued a lba and, unannounced, LTSB have slapped a couple of hundred credit on her account. No preceding letter, no nuffink.
I've been down the 'get it out of my account or allow it as a partial settlement' route on past claims BUT all I'm asking is - is it OK to use template 5 since the N1 has already been drafted?
