I'm in the (slow) process of claiming back fees from the co-operative, so I thought I have a go with the one storecard I have. I'm sure it's not much I've paid in fees, but hey, it's worth a go, eh?
I have one question though. Are people using the same SAR letter template that's used for the banks?
