hi all just spoke to fos about other issue have been told that if you use Egg online as i did this morning had old egg account from 2001 search for cca this morning online it came up with "You have no online agreements available for viewing. If you have a query about an agreement, please refer to the documents we sent out for you to sign" and also you have no statments for viewing as account opened recently certainly not recently 2001 "fos reckon they have proberbly lost or never had cca perhaps we could all try a class action against egg
