hi this morning have just recived a letter from ARC Europe limited (DCA) in regards to an old Egg credit card which i belive was defaulted about 5 years ago was orig on a payment plan with CSL (DCA) used to pay between £30 and £70 i moved last summer and as have never had any notice oft sheet showing amounts owed as i have had for another credit card show what i should of paid and what have paid etc belive there were a number of unfair charges on this account. have just decided to atempt to log in on old egg account number via internet and it shows same balance as DCA letter however tried to get CCA up online not there also states the account the following "As your account has only recently been opened, there are no statements available to view yet". and again if i go on cca part this comes up ""You have no online agreements available for viewing. If you have a query about an agreement, please refer to the documents we sent out for you to sign." anyway the card was opened either 2000 or eary 2001 credit limit kept increaseing payments made to csl after default letter belive from egg some years ago payments made to csl regully until apr 09 they have my mobile number no letters from them after i stopped paying no phone calls either . first thing recived from another DCA making it clear i have 10 days to make a substantial payment dated 10th september not recived till 15th sept posted on 10th second class do thretening if dont sort out will go to thier soliciters again i was under impression sold to CSL which is what they always told me would appear back with egg as today is first time i have loged on to system in about 3 years (if this company have my address i must have given new address to csl when moved summer 2008 not sure mind... i have not cca egg yet please someone help...)
