    Default Can you claim under CCA if you have paid the balance off in full? If so how?

    Does anyone know if you can claim under CCA if you have already paid off the balance of the card? And if so how? I'm trying to help my dad but I'm not sure how to start, any help would be great - thanks

    Hi Hippo,

    If this is for a Barclaycard a/c, please confirm and I'll move it to that forum.

    If the a/c has been settled and/or closed, then there is nothing to be gained by making a CCA request for sight of the Credit Agreement.

    However, if there were any penalty charges added to the a/c or any mis-sold PPIicon, these amounts can be claimed back, with interesticon.
