Thread: i've done a bad thing.....

just as warned i have made an error in my claim and wonder if it is rectifiable please? I have claimed 8% in my initial request for repayment of charges. I have since received a letter saying A and L have done nothing unlawful and are not willing to repay. I have received notice that my other a/c is being closed as I am overdrawn by £380 instead of £200 and have opened a parachute a/c. pls could usuggest my next action and i promise to read it properly this time.... best regards boudica

Dont worry just send another letter leaving out the 8%...I doubt they really read your letter - so just make sure you get everything right on your lba.

I've been threatened with them closing my account for being £72 over my overdraft for a few days - but if you have your parachute open already - do you really care ?

Don't worry we all make mistakes - just take your time -re read the faq's and you'll be fine.
