i have been charged £60.00 unauthorised o/d fee i was 3 days overdrawn by £12.00! two of the days i was charged for were a saturday and sunday, i have phoned to complain about this but my complaint has fallen on deaf ears, as Lloyds have refused to reverse the charges, is there anything i can do about this? can i start a legal process to reclaim these charges?.
thanks for all and any help with this matter.

Yes you can start a claim to reclaim your charges, your claim will more than likely get stayed when you get to filing your claim in your local county court.due to the test case.If you have your statements, then you can send the prelim giving them 14 days to reply then followed by your letter before action, giving them another 14days to reply, enclose a schedule of your charges and keep copies of letters.
