Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice please.
I recently requested my business account bank charges back from Lloyds TSB. I am suffering severe financial hardship and I made this clear to them at the time.
I received a reply saying that I am unable to reclaim my charges as they relate to a business account and I am not therefore a 'consumer'.
Is this actually correct? I have heard that there is another way to go about reclaiming business account charges, but I am not sure of the details.
I would appreciate any advice that anyone has for me regarding this.
