    Default LMD75 versus Tesco

I took out a Tesco credit card online in Q1 2009 and have just CCA'd them. They sent me the following 9 pages together with my latest credit card statement which just looks like a generic copy of my application form with added terms and conditionsicon?

Is this CCA unenforceable? If not then what is the best way of dealing with them in regards to coming up with alternative /reduced payment method as I am financial difficulty? Am I better off going via CCCS or writing to them directly? Many thanks.

CCCS are an excellent resource and will help with setting up repayment plans with your creditors

Advice is based on my personal opinion, and what I have learnt from this forum.

    Hi,
As it was taken out in 2008 and it has your details and a tick in the box, I would say it is enforceable.

They key financial info is there along with all the other terms and it is before your signatureicon (tick)

You could try writing to them at first but if they don't respond positively then go to CCCS or Payplan and see if they can help.

Thanks very much Silverfox for replying - atleast I now know that I have three cards that are enforceable - very much appreciated.

Is there a template letter that I can send them all to try and freeze interesticon and is there a minimum that I can offer?

I would rather not deal with anyone via phone and keep everything in writing.

    Have a look here:

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...templates.html

Lots of letters to choose from.

Absolutely keep everything in writing. You need a paper trail to show you are trying to deal with this
