Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Some time ago I read an article about Northern Rock setting up a new company.
"Northern Rock set up a company to buy customers' repossessed homes at cut price just weeks before it fell victim to the credit crunch, The Sunday Telegraph has learned.
Companies House reports show that the Rock established Kielder Property Management on June 27 2008 - less than a month before the profits warning that signalled the start of its crisis. Kielder has one share, owned by Northern Rock, and its three directors are all managers at the bank."
Does anyone know of Swift carrying out the same trick?
