    Default how far ?

    I have read through pages and pages on here to the point where i cant read anymore how far are people getting with there claims ?

    Are they settled before court?
    How many have settled b4 court?
    How many have got to court etc?

    I'm sure the answers are here but i cant see for looking sorry

    Statements Recieved:19th july 2006
    1st letter sent: 20th July 501pounds
    1st letter received:21st July looking into it
    2nd letter received:
    27th July offering 81pounds as goodwill gesture
    Sent Letter back :3rd August asking to reconsider before action.

    If you look here, www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/surveyresults.php you can see the results of people who have got their money back and at what stage etc, if they had to file a claim or not etc
