Thread: tsb loan applied for online

Can anyone tell me how a bank can provide a cca for a loan that was applied for on line?

Hi There, just a quick note to say i have received a letter from the Lloyds regarding my loan,I won,t give you all the bumf but here is the First Paragraph.

I have enclosed with this letter a copy of your executed agreement and a signed statment of your account. By providing you with the documents attached to this letter, we have satisfied our obligation to provide a copy of the executed agreement under section 77.

Well for a start i asked for a copy of the original signed contract, to which they have not supplied and also they say they have enclosed a signed statement of my account, i have looked at all the copies and there is no signature on any of them?

Whats the next letter i send

If they do not have to supply a signed agreement how can they enforce the agreement?

Thanks for the information, never mind i will wait for the response to my letter regarding the signature, the outstanding loan is 4k and they have told me they would accept 3k as Full and final settlement.
