Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
what is the problem with sending it to the same address that you sent the prelim to?
Make sure you send it recorded too.
FWIW I am not sure i sent my letters to any of the 'correct' addresses for the accounts listed in my signature, the fact they're organisations with offices all over the Uk means that you can serve information on any of their offices.
If they want to deal with it out of a particualr office thats fine, but you can send you request to any of their offices AFAIK
