Thread: No Reply To Cca Request. Can I Claim Payments Back At All? Help!!

Hi, made a cca request to first credit Ltd on 17th August 2009, still no reply, sent recorded delivery letter with payment, and still no reply. Do i have any chance at all at getting my payments back i have made, i think this account (had with Barclaycard) is now 7 years old, but got scared after their threatening letters that i started payments. Can anybody help please?

Unfortunately you won't be able to claim money back that you have paid, unless you have unfair charges applied to your account.

has there been a clear gap of six years between payments on the account? If so it will be statute barred.

If you haven't received a CCA then stop paying as the account is now in dispute and they cannot enforce the agreement.
