    Default Sky Card PPI

Appreciate any help / advice. Short summary -like many struggling to manage a debt problem that has occured as a result of losing my job following company insolvency.

As the firm I worked for was struggling I started (much too late) to work through all of my finances in the sort of detail I should have been doing earlier and noticed "Payment Break Plan" charges on a Sky Credit Card. As I absolutely never sign for these policies I questioned it with Sky. They explained what it was (PPIicon) and as was now aware I'd lose my job soon thought better of cancelling it. I did however ask for proof of me ever signing for it and full terms of what the benefits were. These never came! What has followed has been a time consuming process of re-registering the claim every month just to simply have interesticon frozen. No payments are made to reduce the balance (£5k approx on the card which has been the case for a few years). I have recently received their terms and conditionsicon after asking so many times -together with a letter suggesting I would have ordered the policy by phone at the time of activating the card. Now I know this would not be true. The point is that their collections dept are about the worst of the lot for harrassing with calls constantly even when you tell them your covered with payment protection. Just because one dept doesn't seem to connect with the other this gets ignored = more calls. Given the policy was mis sold and very poor value I'm wandering how far one can go. At present I do not have the funds to make payments (if the plan was removed)so have been hesitant in going after the charges but equally given the treatment I'm getting from them it's tempting to use one of these web firms who promise to get rid of the debt etc.
If anyone has been through this loop before I would appreciate your thoughts / experience.

There is no need to use a reclaim company on a no win or 25% basis claim.

    You can do it yourself.

You should reclaim a full PPI reclaim against your Sky Card.

Please have a look at these links to reclaim your PPI.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
