Is this default notice and it's subsequent termination notice valid.

The time given on a default differs on the 74 act? Date served was a Monday ..but the entire the default notice is I think suspect, nothing is highlighted etc...if so...where is it suspect? and where/if/is there any case law I can quote when writing back to the DCAicon collecting on Eggicon's behalf?
