Sent DPA off to Barclays at the end of April, recieved alll my statements without the usual microfiche argument. Worked out they owe me £800. Received £371 paid into my account. Am sending new letter requesting the rest
Please could you tell us if you received statements prior to May 2004? This could make it easier for people with Barclaycard claims to recover all their charges information.
Hi there yep all statements recieved back as far as sept 2002 when the account was opened. Was extremeley surprised to receive them after reading other peoples experiences with barclaycard. But no problems whatsoever.
