    Default 1st Credit texts

    Hi all,

I have just had a text from 1st crediticon offering 50% off if i pay in 2 installments. Last contact showing a balance figure was 15/04/09 £439.32.The thing is i am already paying them £5 per month by direct debiticon, so are they allowed to continue contacting me? and also how on earth could they get my mobile number????

I had previously drafted a CCA for them (in an attempt to get my finances in order) but not posted yet due to illness.

Thanks in advance for any advice

    BBoo

    Hi Sam,
With the letter template should i state that they are already receiving regular payments and they should not be hounding me for more? I've heard i should not admit anything to them ( but they already know i am paying anyway, right?)
    Thanks

    No, stick to the template.

You can send a copy of the harassment letter in the same envelope as well though
