Thread: First Plus PPI (shafted) trying to get back at them

to tell u my story took out a loan from first plus for 56500 repayable at 487.21 PPI loan 13,836.85 repayable 119.32 june 2007 at an inteste rate of 9.336 % currently paying 615 quid per mont (10.3%) appealed to first plus about mis selling PPI they agredd to a refund of 6295.76 but only reduced new payment to £580.01 per month quoting the fact that the total loan was £70,336.85 , what they have forgotten to mention is that basically they have made a loan for PPI into a secured loan against my house. what i'm asking for what laws can i make in my defence in my call to the fos tomorrow. Unfair contract terms act 1977?. What 1st Plus have basicalyy done is screw me over knowing i could not afford to wait for the nine months waiting for an FOS reply but however now i am prepared to go down fighting against these ****ers ...if i'm going to be made bankrupt its going to be fighting banks rather than lying down and letting me be shafted

what first plus customer care told me is my loan was for a total of 70+ grand (secured on my home) how can PPI be secured on your home? need help to fight this and prepared to go all the way.....
