Thread: "Hypothetical" settlement question?

Morning all

Say hypothetically Barclays offer to pay up in full a few weeks before your court date.... but there is no mention of the court fees you have had to pay - would you call them and say that you are not willing to settle unless the court fees are included as well? They amount to £110 so it is no small amount...

This is all just hypothetical of course
