Thread: payment protection policy

I dont think I am on the correct forum!! so please re-direct!! After being told that I cant get back the above payments made without consent, because of going br, can I still claim them now I am no longer br? Does the 6 yr rule apply in these cases?

No 6 yr rule as it was probably a mis-sell so you can claim back for as far as you can get documents for.

I was not aware that you could not claim if BR, but yes indeed you can claim these back.
