Default Old Barclaycard Agreement from 1996

Hi, is anyone able to direct me to a link concerning old BC agreements from the above date, samples of, whether they continue to be enforceable, arguments against etc.

Just sent off a CCA request (to Mercers) but could do with some ammunition if and when the agreement / T & Cs actually arrive. Is it likely they'll be still available ?

    Cheers

you will more than likely recieve their standard terms & conditions, If you are with mercers then you will no doubt be behind with payments and it depends what you want to achieve with this , you have done the right thing with the cca so when the time comes you can dispute and stop payments to get some breathing space,
Then Get the letters off to mercers they are a joke when you have the ammo.
I would also advise you to send off a subject to access request too with your £10 fee, this may also turn up a agreement and charges and PPIicon payments, at best you can claim all these back at worst you will get your charges back,
for the cost of a tenner you maybe quids in-go for it,

then come back for all the support you need.
