    Default Allaiance & Leiceter Loan

    Need some advice, have got the aqicon stage with A&L on a personal loan and the cut off date was yesterday, I have filed my AQ with the court, but A&L's solicitors (shoosmiths) have not done so.

    What does this mean?

    Let it go for the moment. They may forget to fill out their aqicon and be threatened with a strikeout if they don't get it done.

    In the meantime, have you checked the CCA and are there any charges which you can base a counterclaim on?
