Thread: Can i claim

please can you help me, have a personal account and business account (partnership not ltd) with RBS, been with them for 14 years, due to high charges on these accounts have been pushed into financial hardship, saw business manager today, who laughed when we mentioned about putting claim in on a hardship basis, told us we would be wasting our time, do not know where to turn, can i put in one claim for both, or 2 separate claims, and how far can i claim back. Please help
