I hav been with A & L for 4 years now, ive been having charges nearly every month now from them, 34 pounds a month for non payment of this that and the other, Also a further 30 pounds for end of that month, along with any cheques that have bounced, OF course this is all my own fault, not having enough money in my account, or cheques not going through soon enough ! BUT have i any chance of getting this back even though its my fault ??? Also any advice on where to start and will i have any charges to pay solicitors etc ??
