PLEASE ..... let me know when the house of Lords court case for the return of bank charges going to be heard. I don't hear very much about it on the media anymore, maybe the banks rule the media as well as the world. Seriously, I have waited so long to get my money back. I live in Scotland and went to the sheriff court to argue under Scottish law that the stay did not apply. Unfortunately the sheriff did not agree with me, thats more money I had to pay to take HBOS to court to get my charges back. I exist on DLA and I am in financial difficulty. I am getting really impatiant as already angry at what banks and MPs get away with while we have to fight for everything. Please someone answer me
