Has any one else used these people to get back their bank charges?
I have used them, things seem to be fine, no probs getting hold of them, until last week when whenever I tried to phone, whether morning, afternoon or evening no answer, nothing, not even a recording. Can any one enlighten me as to what is going on with them?
We foolishly used BCS in 2008 and have since discovered they have gone bust. We sent them all our bank statements over the last 6 years - wonder where they have gone, data protection?
Fully understand now this is not the route to take, so about to embark on doing this ourselves.
Someone contacted us last week claiming to work on behalf of BCS but who knows...??
