Williams vs A&L - paid in Full
After years of charges from A&L, culminating in 3 charges in 1 day last month, i decided enough was enough. I had already sent some prelim letters stating my view on the legality of charges, all responsed were the usual "in line with account terms and conditions".
Anyway, sent final letter before action
Launched moneyclaim on 24th July, with claim served a few days later.
A&L responded, that they would defend the claim, and then much to my surprise a cheque arrived in the post yesterday, including legal fees, 8% interest
A definate result, thanks to this site for providing the ammunition I needed to do this.
