I was just wondering when claiming for PPI is it just the PPI section that is unjust or does it throw the whole agreement into question due to the mis-selling of the PPI?

PPI premiums will have been added to the credit balance and thus the interest rate is far higher than stated and so the prescribed terms are wrong- and so the agreement is totally unenforceable anyway.

How would you go about challenging the agreement on un-enforceabilty due to the PPI?

I currently have a claim in with the fos with regards to the PPI after Barclays couldnt resolve it after 8 months
