Just to advise everyone who is or planning to complain to the ICO that they are currently well behind on cases.
I have a case with Barclaycard for non conforming to a
SAR
, I want all the data not just
6 years

so complaint was raised in April.
I phoned up ICO hotline today to chase and was told that its been passed to the CAD team but there are four CAD teams and all of them are months behind on work, the team with my case has work dating from January in their work queue still

I've been told it should be looked at in the next couple of months
So you need to be a little patient if the complaint is not a simple one I'm afraid.
