Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I bought an approved second-hand car (2004) from a Nissan main dealer a couple of months ago. Its in really good condition other than after we bought it we noticed a small area of rust (about the size of a 5p piece) Is this something that I could reasonably ask to be sorted out under the three month warranty?
Don't think so but check to see if there is evidence it's from the inside out. If so then Nissan might do it under the rust guarantee but think it's unlikely.
