Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Wanted to say a quick hi to everyone.
I have read the info on Motley Fool and have decided now is the right time to get my finger out and hit back at the Halifax for all of those really nice charges and letters they have passed my way over the years.
Will keep you all informed of progress.
Letter 1 requesting charge information (together with the £10 cheque, thanks to reading threads on this site!) will be in the post tomorrow.
Have added all my calendar entries to do chase up calls etc.
All advice is given purely from personal experiences . If you are in doubt you should always seek legal / financial advice .
If i have helped in any way please let me know via personal message, IM in aol or clicking on my scales go on you know you want to really!!
