Default allience and liecester advice needed

hi all i did put a previous post showing orig loan agrement allience and liecester and they called me today asking for payment have been on payment plan for a number of years account was alegedly default about 2004/2005 pos earlier only ever had letter with default notice directly from A/L have strugled to keep payments and they seem reluctante to foreclose and sell on to a DCAicon. Now the thing is phone callicon again today and they are prepered for me to go back to £10 p month as i have paid at other times when ive struggled but i have discovered the amount of PPI costs on account which would never have been able to claim on are at £2146.20 and if this is removed from Account would owe just over £2107 have actualy paid back so far from official records £9867 so have actually paid off more than the orig amont borrowed £9400. I also have 2 further questions according to annual statment first one sent out on 09/02/09 there are several months showing as no payment made this is from april 2004 last payment shows as £235.36 recived by debit card cant find this on historical bank statments but i may have put this on a credit card not sure but they have me down as paying so whos going to argue then nothing for may/june/july/aug/sept/oct i am sure i paid them some monies via cheque or another credit card no details however then started paying £20 pm from then increseing to £50 whist working with occasional drops when no work. the other point is i intend to claim ppi back what should i put down as interesticon level and does any one think it might clear balance completly or should i make an f+f once this has been sorted orig contract rate of intrest 10.4% any help greatfully recived
